TCL Q6 QLED — A $400 TV That Looks Better Than It Should

The Q6 is TCL's entry-level QLED, sitting below the Q7 (mini-LED) and Q8 (brighter mini-LED) in their lineup. At around $350-450 for a 55-inch model, it competes against the Hisense A7, Vizio M-Series, and Samsung's base Crystal UHD sets. The Quantum Dot layer is the main draw — it adds wider color coverage than a standard LED-backlit TV, which translates to more vivid reds, greens, and blues in HDR content. The Panel: QLED Color at LED Prices
