Use the case

Do not run the battery flat
Lithium cells live longest between 20% and 80%. A pair left at zero for months may never come back.
Wipe the pads
Once a week with a damp cloth. Sweat and skin cream peel leather pads within a year.
Do not bend the cable
On wired models the bend near the plug is the only reason cables fail. Coil loosely, pull by the plug.
Update the firmware
Most noise cancelling and connection problems are fixed by updates; many people never open the app after setup.
